Challenge
A group of international investors willing to open a Padel franchise in Florida, requested real estate and sports management advisory. There was a need to conduct market research on different areas, studying competitors’ offerings, industry trends, and financial viability.
Goal
Our goal was to provide them with an understanding of the Miami market landscape and its implications for sports management, to effectively design and develop the desired facility, and to project the business model navigating budget allocations to optimize resources and outcomes.
Result
AMET successfully conducted a detailed analysis to detect areas with potential based on leasing rates and club memberships. Meticulously, we designed a club that aligns with their vision, providing strategic guidance on business model projection, and addressing the club's viability and success.
